87Y F 26 extracted 6 months ago d/t root fracture. Xray showed 7 mm bone to sinus floor.  Sinus lifting with tap-tech with Bioss. Implnat WN 4.8x10.  Healing for 8 weeks than solid abutment for crown.  Follow up one year.
